Kayak Gin is a distinctly Pacific Northwest spirit and the first spirit ever legally distilled on tribal land in the United States. Crafted on Chehalis tribal land with pure water drawn from the tribal aquifer, it features Douglas fir, Nootka rose, yarrow, and other regional botanicals. Bright citrus, evergreen, and delicate floral notes create a crisp, balanced gin that brings a true sense of place to everything from a classic martini to a simple gin and tonic.
