Embark on a journey through time with the Talisker 1976 Prima & Ultima, a 46-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Isle of Skye. This historical release, the oldest from Talisker Distillery, is a testament to a once-in-a-lifetime Scottish heatwave in 1976 that intensified the copper contact during distillation, yielding an extraordinary whisky. Matured in a blend of three refill American oak hogshead and European oak butts, and finally married in European oak puncheons, only 771 bottles of this exclusive whisky were produced. This rarity represents a remarkable chapter in Talisker's storied legacy, capturing the essence of the distillery's unique character.
