The Taittinger Cuvée Prestige is an elegant non-vintage Champagne that exemplifies the house’s Chardonnay-forward style. Sourced from up to 50 different crus, this blend features an unusually high 40% Chardonnay—a rarity for non-vintage bottles—complemented by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It matures for three to four years in the cellar, nearly twice the required time, to develop a refined complexity and a fine, persistent mousse. The result is a vibrant, balanced wine with a bouquet of ripe peach, white flowers, and toasted brioche, leading into a fresh palate of honeyed fruit. Its delicate energy and consistent quality make it an ideal choice for celebrations or pairing with light appetizers and seafood.
