Palate : Soft and sweet with crisp fruit flavors, subtle grain character, pineapple, and a touch of light minerality.
Finish : Clean, smooth, and long with lingering sweet orchard fruit and gentle earthy notes.
Serve : Serve neat at room temperature in traditional small baijiu glasses, or lightly chilled over ice.
