Produced by T-Rex Distillery in St. Albert, Alberta, T-Rex Rye is a Canadian rye whisky made from 100% Canadian rye grain. Bottled at 40% ABV, it delivers a straightforward rye-driven profile emphasizing warming spice, oak and subtle smoky character, with a touch of butterscotch sweetness adding balance. The distillery describes the expression as entirely Canadian and made exclusively from rye, while retailer information indicates a minimum three-year maturation.
