Swear Jar 6 Year Old Candied Green Apple Canadian Whisky is a flavoured Canadian whisky built on a six-year-aged whisky base and bottled at 35% ABV. Designed around a bold green-apple profile, it combines sweet and tangy candied fruit with caramelized ginger, clove, pepper and baking spices. The result is a smooth, fruit-forward expression that balances confectionery apple sweetness with the warmer spice character of its Canadian whisky foundation.
Food Pairing: Apple pie, caramel desserts, cinnamon pastries, roasted pork, mild cheddar, or vanilla ice cream with toasted nuts.
Tasting Notes: Sweet and fruit-forward, combining vibrant candied green apple with caramelized sweetness, warming baking spices and a smooth underlying whisky character.
Nose: Bright and expressive, led by sweet green apple with caramelized ginger, clove and subtle warming spice.
Palate: Sweet and tangy candied apple dominates the palate, supported by caramelized ginger, clove, pepper and gentle baking spices.
Finish: Smooth and fruity, with lingering green apple sweetness accompanied by gentle pepper and warming spice.
Serve: Enjoy neat, chilled or over ice; its pronounced apple character also works well in cocktails with apple cider, ginger ale or citrus.
