Stéphane Aviron Fleurie Vieilles Vignes 2023 is a Gamay from the Fleurie cru of Beaujolais in Burgundy, France. Aviron’s approach combines very old vines with traditional and modern cellar methods, emphasizing the character of the village crus. The authenticated Southern Glazer’s item and an independent exact-vintage commerce record bind this release to one 750ml bottle at 13% ABV (26 proof), sealed with natural cork.
Southern Glazer’s describes ripe, almost macerated fruit and rich, structured tannins, while the exact 2023 merchant record adds macerated strawberry, herbal notes, bright acidity, soft tannins, and abundant red fruit on the palate. Those elements give the wine both immediate fruit and the structure expected from cru Beaujolais. The independently inspected supplier image shows one complete Stéphane Aviron Fleurie Domaine de la Madrière bottle on a clean white field, with the closure and base fully visible. Serve slightly cool with roast poultry, pork, charcuterie, or mushroom dishes.
