Stagiaire Wine Your Touch and the Breeze 2023 is a Pinot Noir made by Brent Mayeaux from a remote three-acre vineyard high on the first ridge of the Sonoma Coast, just over a mile from the Pacific Ocean. The site is planted at 1,400 feet elevation and experiences intense coastal wind, fog, and dramatic diurnal shifts. The vineyard is co-farmed by Brent Mayeaux of Stagiaire and Joe Ryan of Ernest Wines, both alumni of Flowers Winery. The wine underwent 100% whole-cluster fermentation with a four-week maceration.
