St-Remy XO Brandy is a rich and complex 100% French brandy crafted from carefully selected French eaux-de-vie chosen for their ageing potential and matured for an extended period exclusively in small French oak casks. Elegant, rounded, and lingering, it layers ripe fruit and honey with vanilla, oak, warm spice, candied fruit, figs, dates, and nuts.
Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, grilled bacon, Mimolette, smoked goat cheese, blue cheese, chocolate muffins, banana bread, and mango ice cream.
Tasting Notes: Luminous amber with a rich golden hue, offering a rich, complex, rounded profile and a long-lasting finish.
Nose: Mature and expressive with oak and delicate vanilla aromas layered with ripe fruit and honey.
Palate: Rich with subtle wood and vanilla, followed by gingerbread, candied apricot, dates, figs, nuts, and gentle spice.
Finish: Long and subtly spicy.
Serve: Enjoy neat, over ice, or in classic and coffee-based cocktails.
