St. George Botanivore Gin is crafted with 19 botanicals — the "botanical eater" — producing a bright, beautifully balanced, and vibrant gin from the acclaimed St. George Spirits distillery in California.
Botanivore draws its name from the 19 different botanicals that go into it, layered into a harmonious and complex whole rather than any single dominant note. The result is fresh, herbaceous, and versatile — balanced enough to sip and bright enough to elevate a cocktail. St. George Spirits is known for its innovative, high-quality craft approach.
It works beautifully in a Gin and Tonic, Martini, or any cocktail that benefits from a layered botanical character.
