Originating from Scotland's Lowlands, this limited release comprises just 261 bottles and is presented at 50% ABV. Its aromatic profile evokes a woodland landscape, combining earthy botanicals, fragrant herbs, vibrant citrus and subtle sweetness. With its unusual cask influence and layered character, Forage for Spruce Tips offers a fascinating exploration of mature gin beyond traditional styles.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with herb-roasted chicken, grilled salmon, creamy goat cheese, rosemary crackers, roasted almonds and citrus-marinated olives. Its botanical freshness also complements mushroom dishes, lemon tart and dishes featuring thyme or fresh herbs.
