Smidge Wines 'Houdini' Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, expressive, and beautifully balanced white wine crafted by master winemaker Matt Wenk using cool-climate fruit from the Adelaide Hills. Fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly on its lees for added texture without oak interference, it presents a pale straw hue with bright green tones. On the nose, it delivers vibrant aromas of citrus, fresh snow peas, grapefruit, and subtle floral nuances. The palate is crisp and lively, showcasing flavours of passion fruit, green apple, and zesty citrus supported by a clean, mineral-driven finish and mouthwatering natural acidity.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with fresh oysters, grilled prawns, goat cheese crostini, lemon herb chicken, and light summer salads.
