Šimić Apricot Kajsija Brandy is a premium Croatian fruit brandy made from carefully selected ripe apricots, capturing the naturally delicate and expressive character of the fruit. Produced by Destilerija Šimić, a family distillery in Požega with a tradition dating back to 1995, the brandy is crafted through controlled fermentation and precise distillation to preserve its fresh fruit character. The aroma is vibrant and fragrant, with ripe, juicy apricot supported by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is clean, smooth, and harmonious, finishing with a lingering, naturally fruity sweetness.
This elegant apricot rakija is an excellent choice for enjoying as an aperitif or digestif, served neat and lightly chilled. Its pure fruit character also makes it a distinctive addition to a premium spirits collection or a thoughtful gift for lovers of traditional Balkan fruit brandies. The Šimić family uses fruit from orchards surrounding the distillery and emphasizes natural fruit expression and modern distillation techniques.
