Siembra Valles Tahona High Proof Blanco is crafted using a tahona stone wheel to crush estate grown blue agave, delivering bold, uncompromising flavor at full proof.
The tahona method—crushing agave with a massive volcanic stone wheel—is one of the most labor-intensive and traditional techniques in tequila production. This process extracts deeper, more complex flavors from the agave fibers, creating a spirit with remarkable depth and character.
At the higher high proof, Siembra Valles Tahona is intensely aromatic with fresh cooked agave, earthy minerality, white pepper, and hints of citrus zest. On the palate, rich agave sweetness dominates—think roasted pineapple and honey—balanced by earthy, herbaceous notes of cracked black pepper, and a touch of mint. The texture is viscous and oily, coating the mouth with waves of complex flavor. The finish is long and warming, with lingering agave sweetness, spice, and a pleasant peppery heat that showcases the spirit's impressive proof.
