The SIBARIST x ORIGAMI TOS Carafe brings a different perspective to the way we serve and experience specialty coffee. Inspired by the form and ritual of a wine decanter, the TOS invites us to slow down, take a moment, and give truly exceptional coffees the attention they deserve. Co - designed by Sibarist, Origami and 2016 World's Brewers Cup champion Tetsu Kasuya.
Think of those rare coffees you save for a special occasion. The beautifully processed Gesha, the expressive experimental lot, or that one coffee from a producer who continues to surprise you. The TOS Carafe makes that experience feel natural. Its sculptural form brings a sense of occasion to the coffee bar, while its considered design complements the ORIGAMI brewing system. It becomes more than a vessel for collecting your brew. It is part of the presentation, the ritual, and the experience itself.
Much like wine, coffee changes as it cools. Aromatics evolve, acidity becomes more apparent, and different layers of flavour can reveal themselves over time. Serving an exceptional coffee in a dedicated carafe encourages you to engage with those changes, revisit the cup, and appreciate everything the coffee has to offer.
A collaboration between SIBARIST and ORIGAMI, the TOS Carafe sits at the intersection of brewing precision and thoughtful design. It is made for the curious, the detail-oriented, and anyone who believes that a truly remarkable coffee deserves a little ceremony.

Please note - The distributor is only included with the glass version. The distributor works to cascade the coffee evenly throughout the walls of the carafe for optimal flavour distribution.
