Experience an explosion of flavors with the fusion of warm, aromatic cinnamon, citrus, ginger, and cardamom, perfectly balanced with whispers of rich vanilla, succulent mango, and sweet toffee. This exquisite concoction is matured in former Tampa Bay Rum barrels, lending it a unique, well integrated profile with a delicate oak finish. This distinctive gin is “Fall in a cup,” paying homage to our founder’s New England roots while seamlessly merging it with Florida’s vibrant citrus and Tampa Bay rum legacy. Dive in on an adventure from North to South right from your cup and savor every sip of this extraordinary, Award-winning gin. Each spirit is minimally filtered to preserve flavor and any sedimentation is normal.
