Seelbach's Private Reserve Wheated Bourbon is a smooth, sophisticated expression bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV). This exceptional bourbon features wheat as the secondary grain in place of traditional rye, creating a softer, sweeter flavor profile that's beloved by bourbon enthusiasts.
The wheated mash bill delivers a luxuriously smooth character with notes of honey, vanilla, caramel, and soft baking spices. The 107 proof provides the perfect balance of flavor intensity and approachability, offering a rich, full-bodied experience without overwhelming heat.
Expect layers of butterscotch, toasted oak, and subtle fruit notes, with a creamy mouthfeel and a long, warming finish. This is a bourbon that showcases the elegance and complexity that wheat brings to the mash bill, making it perfect for sipping neat or with a splash of water.
