Sea Smoke Chardonnay 2022 comes from the cool-climate vineyards of Santa Rita Hills, where fog and ocean breezes shape wines of precision and elegance. Crafted from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, the fruit is hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and pressed with gentle care before fermenting and aging for 10 months in French oak barrels, 24% of which are new. No fining, no filtration—just purity in every glass.
On the nose, bright aromas of lemon curd, star fruit, and fresh peach unfold, lifted by hints of wet stone and citrus zest. The palate carries layers of satsuma mandarin, subtle hazelnut, and a focused minerality that lingers with refreshing acidity. With its balanced structure and cool-climate character, this wine reflects both the terroir and the meticulous craftsmanship behind Sea Smoke.
At 13.3% ABV, it’s vibrant yet refined, perfect for savoring on its own or pairing with roasted chicken, buttery seafood, or creamy pasta. A true expression of Santa Rita Hills Chardonnay—layered, fresh, and unforgettable.
