Our Schema Catarratto is bright with sweet citrus balanced with a hint of mouthwatering minerality. The sun-kissed shores of Sicily have a rich winemaking history that stretches back thousands of years. The Mediterranean Sea is more than a picturesque backdrop for the island's ancient vineyards—it plays an integral role in shaping the flavor profile and textures of its wines. As the ocean breeze sweeps across the hillsides, it cools indigenous Catarratto grapes while they ripen, preserving their acidity and aromatic qualities. The result is a wine that embodies the freshness of the sea and the radiance of the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy it well-chilled at your next summer barbecue, or bring it along on an escape to the seaside. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
