Tasting notes: Raspberry, mirabelle plum, blackberry, hibiscus
This AA selection comes from smallholders delivering to Kaguyu Factory, part of the Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society. Traditional washed processing and careful raised-bed drying preserve a bright, structured profile. Expect red-fruit sweetness, floral tartness and a citrus lift as the cup cools. Scenery recommends four or more weeks of rest.
