Nose: Bright aromas of juniper, citrus peel, and earthy spices with subtle floral undertones.
-
Palate: Smooth and balanced with flavours of lemon, orange zest, coriander, and clove layered over classic juniper notes.
-
Finish: Crisp and refreshing with a lingering citrus and spice complexity.
Pairings:
Perfect for a classic gin and tonic garnished with orange or grapefruit. It also shines in cocktails like a Negroni, Tom Collins, or Martini, and pairs beautifully with seafood and herb-infused dishes.
