Product Description
Sassy Calvados XO is a beautifully aged expression of Normandy’s iconic apple brandy, crafted with care in the heart of France’s famed cider region. This XO edition spends a minimum of six years maturing in French oak casks, developing a rich, round character layered with dried fruits, warm spice and vanilla. It’s made from a meticulous blend of over 100 apple varieties, harvested from traditional orchards and double distilled for purity and complexity.
Expect a bold yet balanced spirit, with mellow sweetness up front and a gently spiced, woody finish that lingers just right. Whether you're sipping it neat after dinner, pairing it with strong cheese, or using it to elevate a cocktail, this Calvados is the kind of bottle that turns heads and wins hearts.
Tasting Notes
