Fourteen fresh botanicals are used to elaborate a single batch of SANTAMANIA Craft Gin. Spiced botanicals such as ripe fresh juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and angélica root are well-balanced with a selection of Spanish herbal, sweet, citrusy and fruity botanicals: freeze-dried raspberries, freshly toasted pistachios, fresh wild rosemary, Valencian green lemon and lime peel, dry orris root and tender sweet liquorice.

Product Description
Santamania is an urban distillery where traditional distilling techniques meet cutting-edge technology, creating signature craft spirits. In their sophisticated copper stills, they produce craft spirits with genuine quality and exquisite natural raw materials. They don’t use sweeteners, preservatives, etc. Just carefully selected natural ingredients. This, along with a small-batch distilling process that they control from beginning to end, guarantees that their passion for detail is reflected in the essence of every signed bottle.
Tasting Notes
The subtle aromas of exotic botanicals such as angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon and coriander are revealed on the nose, enveloped in bright notes of raspberry, citrus and fresh rosemary and set against a subtle juniper background.
