The San Matías Tahona Reposado Tequila stands as a tribute to 130 years of tequila heritage, where traditional production methods are maintained with care. The process begins with steaming blue agave in ancient stone ovens followed by crushing it with a historic tahona stone from 1886. Fermentation in wooden vats and distillation in copper pot stills work in harmony to preserve the natural essence of the agave.
After its initial creation, the spirit is patiently aged in oak barrels, allowing the natural sweetness of the agave to intertwine with subtle notes of vanilla, oak, and spice. This meticulous aging process results in a balanced tequila that is adaptable enough for sipping neat or mixing into sophisticated cocktails. Act now to add this authentic spirit to your collection and savor a true piece of history with every sip.
