Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, marzipan and roasted almonds
Santa Lucia is a pulped-natural Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda Santa Lucia in Carmo de Minas, Brazil. Producer Helcio Carneiro Pinto has worked in coffee since age 15 and helped found Aprocam, the Mantiqueira Region coffee-producer association.
The cup is smooth, rich and low in acidity, with a heavier mouthfeel and a dessert-like balance of milk chocolate, sweet marzipan and roasted almonds.
