Roku Japanese Craft Gin is a masterful expression of Japanese artistry, hailing from the renowned Suntory distillery in Osaka, Japan. Delicately balanced with botanicals sourced from Japan's four seasons, Roku translates to "six" in Japanese, representing the six unique Japanese botanicals infused into its blend. These botanicals include sakura flower, yuzu peel, sencha tea, sansho pepper, sakura leaf, and gyokuro tea. The result is a harmonious symphony of flavors that capture the essence of Japan's diverse landscapes and traditions.
Upon first pour, Roku Gin unveils a captivating aroma characterized by floral notes of cherry blossom and green tea, complemented by the zesty citrus scent of yuzu. Its palate delivers a medley of flavors, from the subtle bitterness of green tea to the aromatic spiciness of sansho pepper, intertwined with hints of floral sweetness. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this gin boasts a smooth and elegant finish, making it perfect for savoring neat or as the foundation of creative cocktails.
With an alcohol content of 43% ABV, Roku Japanese Craft Gin is best enjoyed over ice or in classic gin-based cocktails such as the gin and tonic or martini.
