Sangria is produced by Rodrigo Sanchez at Finca El Eden in Palestina, Caldas, Colombia. This caturra bourbon varietal gem was harvested with a washed co-ferment process, which brings out a complex and candy-like cup experience with floral aromatics and high clarity.
It works great on both filter and espresso, and also tastes great with milk/alternatives!
Tasting Notes: Skittles, Sangria, Lavender, Violet, Grape, Blueberry
Cup score: 89.50 ☕
This coffee is produced by the same producer as Rodrigo Sanchez CM Washed, Slurpy and Pineapple Pop. So if you liked these, this will float your boat.
Coffees from Rodrigo Sanchez have been crew favorites and we tend to run out of them very quickly, so secure your bag before we are out!
