What happens when instead of the standard 18 months, we age our Grand Cru for 10 years? The answer is the very first edition of Rodenbach Evolved. A celebration of our iconic Grand Cru that surprises you with its subtlety and complexity.
Thanks to its exceptionally long ageing in oak foeder no. 95, the beer has an even more distinct wood character. The organic flavours of sour cherry, green apple, leather, oak and red fruits that have developed during the ageing process are of sensational purity.
Rodenbach Evolved Grand Cru aged 10 years is the ultimate proof that Flemish Red Ale has unequalled maturation capabilities. A true must-taste beer.
