Rockfield Vanilla Rum
Crafted in the heart of Herefordshire, Rockfield Vanilla Rum is a smooth dark rum infused with natural vanilla to create a beautifully rounded and approachable flavoured rum. Produced in small batches by Rockfield Spirits, it balances warming Caribbean rum character with soft vanilla sweetness and a lingering caramel finish, making it equally enjoyable neat, over ice or in simple mixed drinks.
Natural vanilla enhances the rum's rich molasses character without overwhelming it, resulting in a well-balanced spirit that's ideal for both casual sipping and creative cocktails.
- The nose opens with aromas of Madagascan vanilla, toffee, caramel and subtle oak.
- The palate is smooth and velvety, offering creamy vanilla, brown sugar, soft spice and rich rum sweetness.
- The finish is long and warming, leaving lingering notes of vanilla pod, caramel and gentle oak spice.
A deliciously smooth flavoured rum that delivers comforting vanilla sweetness with every sip.
