The Rocket Boxer Timer Evo is a powerful, NSF-certified commercial espresso machine designed for busy coffee service—not for home kitchens. Built in Italy, it merges heritage design with advanced engineering to keep baristas working efficiently, drink after drink. This 220V, double group head machine features time-saving volumetric controls, precision temperature management, and the build quality Rocket is known for.
Who is it for?
Perfect for small to mid-sized cafés, coffee carts, food trucks, catering operations, office coffee bars, or pop-up events, the Boxer 2 Group is designed for anyone serving high volumes without compromising quality. Its 13.2-liter copper heat-exchange boiler provides the power to produce 50–100+ drinks per hour, steam back-to-back lattes, and pull consistent shots—even during the busiest rushes.
Built for Heavy-Duty Service
The Boxer 2 Group Volumetric is engineered for uniformity and reliability in high-volume environments. With a thermosiphon circulation system to maintain stable brew temperatures and robust steam wands for perfect microfoam, every drink is crafted to perfection. Four programmable volumetric buttons keep service moving quickly, while a manual override lets baristas customize extractions on demand. Boiler and pump pressure gauges, adjustable water temperature, and insulated steam wands put total control in the barista’s hands.
Designed for Efficiency and Style
With its clean lines, minimalist profile, and polished stainless steel body, the Boxer is as attractive as it is capable. Built for the realities of a busy café, it includes an auto-backflush program, cool-touch steam wands, adjustable drip tray height for tall cups, and a spacious cup warmer with protective rail. Under the hood, thoughtful design makes long-term maintenance straightforward—keeping your operation running smoothly for years to come.
