Rock Island is a subtle, smoky and sweet celebration of the sea. This 14 Year Old Sherried Limited Edition is a remarkably rich and robust encapsulation of predominantly Sherry cask matured Single Malts from Orkney, Arran, Jura & Islay. Rock Island is a subtle, smoky and sweet celebration of the sea. Step onto any of Scotland’s Whisky islands and you’ll first be struck by the apparent calm and tranquillity offered by island life. Delve a little deeper, though, and your heart will soar with the excitement and character of the Distilleries that call these islands home.
Nose: Clean, fresh smell of the ocean crashing onto the shore.
Palate: Cracked black pepper, pink Himalayan salt, hints of candied bacon, and red berry jam.
Finish: A lingering, smokey finish with stewed red fruits.
