It's always "Christmas" in New Mexico, where ordering your dish "Christmas style" means it will come with both red and green chiles. That's exactly what Chopped Chile Co.'s Red & Green Hatch Blend delivers. This modern take on a New Mexican classic combines the bright, grassy heat of green Hatch chiles with the deep, sweet complexity of red, resulting in a tangy, savory, and smoky sauce with a finish that lingers. Made from chiles grown exclusively in New Mexico's Hatch Valley, where high desert altitude, intense sun, and cool nights create an irreplaceable flavor profile. Gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and free from preservatives and artificial flavors.
