Rebel Small Batch Reserve spotlights barrels handpicked by Master Distiller John Rempe, each selected for standout honey and vanilla flavor notes unique to the original, time-honored wheated bourbon recipe created in 1849. Blended in small batches and bottled at 110 proof, this 750 mL bourbon is a rebellious nod to those savoring defiance with every sip.
Tasting Profile:
- Standout honey and vanilla sweetness from wheated mashbill
- Rich caramel and toffee notes
- Smooth oak character with toasted barrel influence
- Warm spices balanced with wheat's gentle character
- Bold 110 proof finish with exceptional depth
The wheated bourbon recipe sets Rebel apart from traditional high-rye bourbons, delivering a softer, sweeter profile that showcases honey and vanilla notes. Each small batch is carefully crafted to honor the 1849 original while delivering the bold character that modern bourbon enthusiasts demand. Perfect for those who appreciate heritage, quality, and a rebellious spirit in every glass.
