Flavor, brewing & the story behind this coffee
It’s a distinctive combination that’s bold, smooth and unlike anything you’ll find in an ordinary cup of coffee.
The Story Behind Rescue Rum™
When a serious vehicle crash happens, every second matters.
Firefighters and rescue crews respond with specialized hydraulic rescue tools, working with precision to remove twisted metal, create space and reach patients trapped inside damaged vehicles.
These incidents demand teamwork, training and calm decision-making under extraordinary pressure. Behind every successful rescue is a crew committed to giving someone another chance.
Rescue Rum™ was inspired by those dedicated technical-rescue professionals.
The hydraulic rescue tools featured on the bag are a tribute to the equipment, training and teamwork that help save lives when a situation is at its worst.
Freshly Roasted Rum and Raspberry Coffee
We begin with premium 100% Arabica coffee beans, freshly roasted in small batches in Maxatawny, Pennsylvania. After roasting, the beans are flavored with dark Jamaican rum and sweet raspberry.
The result is a full-bodied flavored coffee with an inviting aroma, rich rum character and a bright raspberry finish.
Enjoy Rescue Rum™ black to experience the complete contrast between dark rum and raspberry. Add a splash of cream for a richer, smoother cup, or pour it over ice for a refreshing fruit-inspired coffee.
Firehouse Coffee is owned by Mike Adams, a retired firefighter and MedEvac flight paramedic with over 40 years of service. Every small batch comes from our Maxatawny, Pennsylvania roastery. Meet Mike.
