Rare Character Brook Hill 9 Year “The Silver Dollar / Cowboy Caviar” Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey — 129.28 Proof
A distinctive 9-year-old Brook Hill single barrel from Rare Character, selected in collaboration with Louisville’s legendary The Silver Dollar, the now-closed whiskey bar celebrated for its deep bourbon program and influence on Kentucky whiskey culture.
Bottled at 129.28 proof, this release—known as “Cowboy Caviar”—is the most approachable in proof of the three 9-year Rare Character Brook Hill bourbon expressions associated with this series. The dual Silver Dollar / Cowboy Caviar naming reflects the creative presentation surrounding the program and makes this an especially interesting bottle for collectors of Brook Hill, Rare Character private selections, and releases tied to notable Kentucky whiskey destinations.
