Release: 2024 Ramblers 'Dreamer' Cabernet Rosé Wine: 87% Cabernet Franc and 13% Merlot Winemaking Notes: Crafted from 100% estate-grown fruit using the Saignée method, our 2024 Dreamer Rosé captures the essence of an exceptional vintage. A blend of Cabernet Franc with a touch of Merlot, this rosé enchants with delicate floral aromas of rose petals, intertwined with ripe strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, and a whisper of candied apple. On the palate, Dreamer is all about balance—vibrant fruit flavours shine, lifted by crisp, refreshing acidity and a long, lingering berry finish. It’s dry yet irresistibly juicy, making it all too easy to reach for another glass. Perfect for patio and poolside sipping, yet just as enjoyable in the colder months as a reminder of sun-soaked days. Whether shared with friends by the lake or savoured fireside with a great book. However you choose to enjoy it, Dreamer is here to elevate the moment. Pair It With: Light fare, charcuterie, summer salads, risottos, BBQ vegetables or even pulled pork sliders. Alcohol by Volume : 14.6% Total Reducing Sugars: 6.2 g/L Brix Level: 23.1° Vineyard: Neufeld Farm Sustainability: Certified Awards: Silver Medal – All Canadian Wine Championships (ACWC) 2025
