Tasting Notes: fruity lychee sweetness on the nose, unripe pink guava, beautiful dry finish
Crisp, zesty, and refreshing. Lychee, white flowers, and spicy ginger flash over a palate of ripe peach, bright citrus, and zippy Niagara verjus.
Proxies don't necessarily taste like a specific type of wine, but are always inspired by the flavour components that make wine a great pairing with food—acidity, body, and tannin—without the alcohol. Every bottle starts with high-quality real ingredients — varietal wine grapes sourced from European vineyards, premium teas from across the globe, perfectly ripe fruits, whole spices, and more. Each ingredient is carefully sourced and prepared specifically to extract the best possible flavour before being blended together into one cohesive, complex drink.
Suggested pairings: grilled seafood, falafel sandwiches, crab cakes, fresh goat cheese, sunny days, and weeknight wind-downs.
