Tasting Notes: juicy with light sweetness on the nose, semi-dry on the palate. Dark stone fruits give way to deep notes of oak and spice
The non-alc red you've been waiting for. Rich blackberry and cherry accented by black pepper and a hint of Grandpa’s cigar box. Deep, dark, and dry with a fresh herbaceous finish.
Proxies don't necessarily taste like a specific type of wine, but are always inspired by the flavour components that make wine a great pairing with food—acidity, body, and tannin—without the alcohol. Every bottle starts with high-quality real ingredients — varietal wine grapes sourced from European vineyards, premium teas from across the globe, perfectly ripe fruits, whole spices, and more. Each ingredient is carefully sourced and prepared specifically to extract the best possible flavour before being blended together into one cohesive, complex drink.
Suggested pairings: ribeye steak, braised lamb shank, wild mushrooms, creamy gorgonzola, and your most boisterous friends.
