ABOUT PROPER

With decades in the coffee industry, the good people behind Proper hated the bad rap syrups got. It simply didn't make sense to them that the specialty segment would invest so much time, effort and care into sourcing high quality coffees, articulating profiles, and dialling in the perfect extraction, only to pour mediocre syrup in it.

That’s why they created Proper—a truly natural syrup that doesn’t sacrifice taste, texture, or integrity. Proudly made using real, organic ingredients, Proper is specifically tailored to support the unique flavour profiles of specialty coffee with unrefined syrups for the refined palate.
