Bronze Medal - National Wine Awards of Canada
A promising unplanted parcel lies in our vineyard's northern tip. Our experience with other cool climate varietals inspired a curious question: "What's Next?"
Since the beginning, we have focused on growing the varieties best suited to our vineyards. Sauvignon Blanc has shown great success in other cool climate regions with similar limestone soils. This project gave our winemakers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with potential new plantings, crafting this fine example of Sauvignon Blanc.
