Project #173 Chocolate Rum
This flavoured rum combines the richness of fine Caribbean spirit with the indulgent depth of chocolate. Designed to bring a smooth, dessert-like quality to your glass, it works perfectly neat, over ice, or as an exciting ingredient in cocktails and mixed drinks. Balanced with spice and fruit, this expression avoids being overly sweet, delivering complexity alongside its chocolate character.
- Project #173 Chocolate Rum opens with aromas of mocha dates, peanuts, and chocolate, lifted by a touch of cinnamon
- The palate combines the gentle bitterness of dark chocolate with honey, red apple, and soft lemongrass
- A refined finish with lingering cocoa notes that are rich but never cloying
- Smooth, versatile, and crafted for both sipping and cocktail creation
Pair this rum with desserts such as chocolate fondant, tiramisu, or dark chocolate truffles to enhance its flavour profile. For cocktails, try it in an espresso martini twist, a chocolate old fashioned, or mixed with cola for an indulgent yet balanced serve.
