Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir | Russian River Valley | 750ml | 14.1% ABV
Paul Hobbs is a winemaking legend — consulting for some of the world's greatest estates while crafting his own stunning single-appellation wines in Sonoma County. His Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is a masterclass in the variety.
Bright ruby in the glass, it opens with enticing aromas of Bing cherry, wild strawberry, and subtle oak spice. The palate is elegant and medium-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and layers of red fruit, cola, and forest floor that build to a long, refined finish.
Russian River Valley is one of the world's great Pinot Noir addresses, and Paul Hobbs captures its essence with precision and grace.
Pair with: Herb-roasted chicken, grilled quail, or mushroom and thyme tart.
