Tasting notes: Gummy bears, Raspberry, Juicy fruit
A wild and fruity outlier, "Cat Nat" bursts with syrupy candy sweetness and sits heavily on the palate. While most Catalan coffees are revered for their balanced washed and honey lots, their naturals are exceptionally sweet and notably less common from the region.
Like everything from Catalan, the lots keep improving, and this expressive natural is no exception.
