Pentire Adrift is the original non-alcoholic botanical spirit distilled from unique plants native to the North Cornwall coastline, crafted by founder Alistair Frost to capture the essence of coastal living without the morning-after regrets. This herbaceous and fresh spirit features rock samphire, headland sage, lemon citrus, and Cornish sea salt for a rounded herbal finish, with notes of citrus coupled with sage, rock samphire and sea salt. Rock samphire, the key botanical, is rich in iodine, vitamins C, E, and K, as well as carotenoids, flavonoids, healthy antioxidants, fatty acids, and omega 3. Free from colorings and flavorings with no added sugar, it delivers just 2 calories per serving—making this a genuinely healthy alternative to traditional spirits without sacrificing sophistication.
The flavor profile is coastal, crisp, and grassy with bright citrus notes and a subtle briny salinity that evokes windswept clifftops and ocean spray. Simply pour 50ml over ice and top with light tonic water, garnishing with fresh rosemary or lemon peel for the perfect G&T alternative. This is mindful drinking born from a genuine love for active outdoor living—a spirit engineered for those who refuse to choose between health and flavor, between clarity of mind and celebration.
