Penelope Bourbon's Founder's Reserve 17-Year-Old American Light Whiskey is a remarkable expression that showcases the depth and complexity achievable through extended aging. Distilled in 2006 at the historic Seagram's facility—now the Ross & Squibb Distillery—in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, this whiskey boasts a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley. After maturing for 17 years in second-fill oak barrels, it is bottled at a robust cask strength of 138.8 proof, delivering a rich and nuanced tasting experience
