This is a seasonal, high-convenience Old Fashioned with real whiskey backbone, built on bourbon and rye rather than neutral spirits. The Apple Cinnamon expression leans into warm, holiday-driven flavors—baked apple, spice, and caramel—while still delivering a recognizable Old Fashioned structure. A strong seller for gifting, entertaining, and casual premium occasions.
Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced by Penelope Bourbon, this RTD is part of their ready-to-pour cocktail line, designed to deliver a consistent, bar-quality experience with no mixing required.
The cocktail is built on a base of:
- Straight bourbon and rye whiskey
- Apple cinnamon bitters
- Simple syrup
Unlike many RTDs, this is whiskey-driven, preserving the structure and depth of a traditional Old Fashioned while adding a seasonal twist.
Key details:
- Bottled at ~40% ABV (80 proof)
- Designed as a limited seasonal release (initially Fall-focused)
- Approximately 12 servings per 750ml bottle
The result is a ready-to-pour cocktail that maintains authenticity, not just sweetness.
