Ever since Ramon Cifuentes brought the Partagas brand to the Dominican Republic, Partagas cigars have ranked amongst the elite cigars of the World. The Partagas Fabulosos is one of the heavy hitters of the line and is a classic choice for any cigar enthusiast.
The 7” x 52 Fabulosos begin with a silky smooth Cameroon wrapper leaf from the steaming sub-tropics of Africa. Hidden underneath are rich Mexican and Dominican Piloto Cubano filler tobaccos bound by a binder from San Andreas Mexico. Molded into a perfect-sized stick, the Fabulosos draw and burn are simply magnificent.
Once you fire up this monster stick your taste-buds will be seduced by pronounced toast, wood and pepper flavors. As the smoke gets rolling, notes of coffee and earthy leather will jump into the fray. A soft sweet essence from the Cameroon wrapper pleasantly counterbalances the spicy finish, keeping the smoke a solid medium-bodied experience for over an hour.
The Fabulosos is a classic smoke from one of the truly classic Dominican brands and will be fine choice for any occasion. The Partagas Fabulosos will prove an incredible companion to an XO Supreme Cognac after a tasty meal in the company of good friends.
