Try our new select Thursday Roast! Panama Altieri Luci Geisha Natural Cold Dry Fermentation is a vibrant flavor adventure, opening with delicate honeysuckle and jasmine before unfolding into juicy passionfruit, papaya, kiwi, and green grape. A refined acidity keeps the cup bright and elegant, while Altieri’s Cold Dry Fermentation Process (DF) enhances the coffee’s most expressive qualities without sacrificing the cleanliness and grace of their classic Natural Geisha, creating a beautifully complex cup that reveals something new with every sip.

The Luci lot was named in honor of Eugene Altieri's granddaughter. Luci is a plot in the Mimas Estate farm in Alto Quiel, Boquete, at the foothills of the Baru Volcano at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level. It covers an area of approximately 1.5 hectares of volcanic soil where Geisha Green Tip grows. During the rainy season, the daytime temperature is around 18 degrees Celsius, and it drops to 12 degrees Celsius at night. This plot is managed with 70% shade, which impacts the production and attributes of this coffee.
