Bourbon-Barrel Aged Old Fashioned Imperial Stout
11.9% ABV | 500ml
Dive into the bold and timeless flavours of our latest Barrel-Aged Origin of Darkness release. This Imperial Stout is a tribute to the classic Old Fashioned cocktail infused with fresh orange zest, Demerara sugar, and cocktail bitters, then aged to perfection in Bourbon barrels. Crafted in collaboration with Calgary's The Establishment Brewing Co, it boasts a rich, layered flavour profile with warm notes of oak and vanilla, balanced with a smooth sweetness. Featuring artwork by Salvador Verano C. from Pachuca, Mexico, this stout is a bold exploration of flavour and creativity.
