Introduction:
On The Rocks “The Le Old Fashioned” is a sophisticated ready-to-drink premium cocktail crafted with high-rye bourbon, aromatic bitters, and subtle citrus notes. Designed to deliver a bar-quality Old Fashioned experience straight from the bottle, it combines tradition with ease — simply pour over ice and enjoy.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich aromas of caramelized bourbon, orange zest, and a hint of cherry with the depth of oak spice.
Palate: Smooth and balanced with warm bourbon character, bold rye-spice undertones, and nuanced flavours of orange-peel, cherry, and bitters.
Finish: Long, refined and slightly smoky with lingering warmth, citrus peel, and a clean cocoa-nutty after-taste.
Pairings:
Best served chilled or over a large ice cube, perhaps with a twist of orange peel for added flair. Pair it with dark chocolate, smoked nuts, aged cheddar or Gouda, or slow-roasted pork belly for a sophisticated yet accessible pairing.
